About Gabe Lazzaro
Gabe Lazzaro joined Concierge Home Care in February 2020 and currently serves as the Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to joining Concierge Home Care, Gabe served as Vice President of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition for an international business technology company and then as Vice President of Human Resources for a North American transportation company. Gabe has more than 25 years of business and human resources experience in human capital strategy, compensation and benefits design, business process improvement, change management, organizational design, compliance programs, employee & labor relations, talent acquisition, executive coaching and oversight, and many other executive leadership responsibilities. Gabe has experience working in Fortune-50 company environments within the transportation, construction, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, consumer products and energy sectors.
Gabe lives in Jacksonville, Florida, with his wife Debbie and their two children. As a family, they enjoy spending time together, the outdoors (hunting, fishing & horseback riding), exercising and beach time.
