About Joe Malone
Joe Malone brings over 25 years of experience in health care and financial leadership to his role as Chief Financial Officer at Concierge Home Care, which he joined in February 2025. Prior to joining the organization, Joe lived in North Dallas, Texas, where he focused on retail medicine and supported entrepreneurs in launching and scaling new ventures. His expertise in building accounting and finance infrastructures helped one of these startups become the first company in its industry to go public.
Joe attributes much of his success to the strong foundation he built early in his career as an auditor with Price Waterhouse and later as an internal auditor for several Fortune 500 companies. These experiences developed his deep knowledge of audit practices and internal controls, which continue to guide his approach to financial leadership today.
Joe is especially excited about his role at Concierge Home Care, believing that his diverse background across healthcare, finance, and operations aligns perfectly with the company’s mission and future growth.
He is a graduate of Rutgers University, where he earned degrees in both Accounting and Sociology. A proud veteran, Joe served 10 years in the United States Air Force and was deployed in combat zones during Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm.
Joe now resides in Nokomis, Florida with his wife Narissa and their beloved cocker spaniel, Daisy. He lives by the words, “Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life.”
